Grassroots organisations across South East London can bring forward unresolved experiences, concerns, or recurring points of friction that have not been properly heard or acted on. This is an entry route into CHIFA, not a complaints inbox.

Where appropriate, we may invite you into a CHIFA structural clarity session. The session helps identify what is missing in current framing, strengthen structural articulation, and connect the issue to the wider CHIFA intelligence process.
